Making Appointments:

For new clients, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check in.
If you are running late, call us at 303-232-2116. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you and may need to reschedule your appointment to respect our other scheduled guests.

If we make you wait longer than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment for any reason, we will put $5 credit on your account.

Payment Options:

We accept cash,Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, SpaFinder (or any other spa gift cards) and some flex account cards.

Spa Finder Gift Cards:

Spa Finder gift cards are not eligible for promotional packages.

Cancellation Policy:

In consideration of other guests and staff, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation 24 hours in advance for a single service and 48 hours in advance for multiple services.  In the event that you miss your appointment or call to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge half of your appointment fee.  Our policy is designed to respect other guests and to provide compensation to our staff.
If we need to cancel your scheduled appointment due to unexpected circumstances on our end, we understand this may cause disruption in your plans and will give you a $10 credit for rescheduling. This is rare but can happen due to weather, sickness, equipment malfunctions, etc.

Special Accommodations:

If you have any ailments or disabilities, including pregnancy, please let us know in advance so we can best accommodate you.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds on any services, series, memberships, specials, promotions or otherwise.We do not offer refunds on gift certificates. All sales are final. If a product is defective we will even exchange the product if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
